Now the concert series in Grieg's villa at the 2025 Bergen International Festival is launched.
Troldhaugen was the home of Edvard and Nina Grieg, and Grieg referred to the place as "my best opus so far." In the villa, which was completed in 1885, one can experience Grieg's own Steinway piano from 1892.
The programme includes piano concerts with Shani Diluka, Ellen Ugelvik, and Oda Voltersvik, as well as a concert with Anne Hytta on Hardanger fiddles.
