When buying tickets, you must provide your correct name, email and phone number. If you are buying tickets for someone or give your ticket to someone else, you, as the contact person, are responsible for knowing who has used the tickets.

Your phone number will be used in connection with potential contact tracing.

To facilitate infection prevention, events will have a limited number of seats.

Changes may occur at short notice. If an event must be cancelled or there are further restrictions on audience capacity, you will be contacted, and purchased tickets will be refunded.

We recommend that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the event starts, as it may take slightly longer to enter than usual. Stay at home if you have respiratory symptoms or are in any form of quarantine.

We recommend using a face mask when you’re not seated.

Keep a safe distance from other visitors and follow the entry and exit guidelines. There will be extra staff in venues where queues can occur. The staff are there to aid in infection prevention, and we ask that you listen to their requests.

Hand sanitiser is located in strategic places. Use this before entering a venue, and also during the event when possible.

The national recommendation to avoid crossing municipal boundaries expires on 27 May. For Bergen municipality's recommendations, please click here.
