The joy of singing songs from film and stages.
After the city's children's choirs have sung all day at the Festival square, the Bergen Children's Choir Festival ends with a large concert. The theme is songs from famous films and stage productions, and the audience can expect a musical journey through cinema, musical and theatre history. On stage are the Edvard Grieg Girls' Choir, Edvard Grieg Youth Choir, Kirkevoll school choir and Øygarden cultural school choir.
The Bergen Children's Choir Festival was held for the first time in 2021 and has seen hundreds of young singers on stage. The children's choir festival has two events this Sunday, with this concert concluding the day after the city's children's choirs associated with Ung i Kor – Vest have performed a series of mini-concerts earlier in the day.
