Femti71 - Festival square

Femti71

Festival square

Performance type:

Music

Duration:

2 h

Redesign in hip hop fashion.

The organization Femti71 was established to create a richer cultural and leisure offering for children and young people in Bergen. Through training in areas such as music, rap lyric writing, podcast production, and redesign, they aim to strengthen the creativity of young people.

Dias is a well-known figure in the Norwegian music scene. He has been a rapper in the hip-hop group A-laget, collaborated with Lars Vaular, and been part of the record label NMG-huset.

When Femti71 takes over the Festival square, you can let creativity flow with both painting and textiles. The duo Mons Grimstad and Max Mauritz from the design studio Eminus will help you breathe new life into old clothes together with the local artist Marcus Soddano.

After the workshop, former course participants will hold a dance performance with a DJ, before you will have the chance to showcase the creation of the day on the catwalk.

There will also be concerts during both sessions. The artist Marxiz will perform before lunch, and later in the day, the event will conclude with a concert by Melanneyn.
