The man behind the food concept Dinner with Godfrey, Godfrey Manoharan, has gathered around a dozen food-loving home cooks who will serve samples from the cuisines they grew up with. The event and the homemade dishes will reflect Bergen's diverse population, and you will undoubtedly find something you have never tasted before!
Godfrey Manoharan's own background is from Sri Lanka. The Tamil dishes he has eaten and prepared with his family all his life cannot be found in any restaurants in Bergen, so Godfrey and his brother Steven took matters into their own hands. Together, they have brought their kitchen to groups of friends and students, Bergenfest, Victoria Café & Pub, and kindergartens.
