Festival youth performance

Keeping to tradition, the festive performance is back with a diverse and varied programme performed by skilled, young artists. The forms of expression range from jazz dance to classical ballet, and from piano to strings. What they have in common is that they have practiced and practiced for this big day. Here, audiences will be among the first to see and hear tomorrow’s great stars, and this year there will also be an exhibition by visual art pupils.

The performance is an audience favourite featuring impressive and moving performances from young people in the beginning of their career. The handpicked talents are chosen from cultural schools in the Bergen region and other places in Norway.
