School band and choir in magical universe.

When the young musicians in the Møhlenpris school band were given the opportunity to choose who they wanted to interpret the music of, they chose an artist they both admire and love, Aurora.

With her magical universe, strong messaging and dedicated fans all over the world, Aurora is an artist who touches and inspires. The Møhlenpris school band has therefore taken on the task of interpreting her music with great pleasure – and a little awe – says conductor Kolbein Eide Bukve.

The musical arrangements have been specially written by the conductor and Michael Barnes, and the choir has invited the Møhlenpris school choir and the Krohnengen school band to join them on stage. The school band also visited the Festival square in 2024, then with their interpretations of the music of the Bergen band Razika.
