Myths, desires and decay

Debate
Past events:
Who is our contemporary femme fatale?

Perverted power, desire and sexuality are central themes for Mara Lee and Inger Bråtveit. In the novel Salome (2011), Lee rewrites the Salome myth by depicting a dark desire played out between experimental teenagers. In both Siss and Unn (2008) and Alice A4 (2015), Bråtveit deals with the forbidden passion, the young female, the fall and the decay. Who is our contemporary femme fatale? Critic Margunn Vikingstad will lead the talk.
