From folk tunes from Western Norway to Argentine rhythms.
Pianist Oda Voltersvik from Bergen brings with her to the Festival square what she describes as festive and beautiful music by composers Geirr Tveitt from Hardanger and Alberto Ginastera from Argentina.
Voltersvik also promises excerpts from the concert she will give in Edvard Grieg’s own living room, where she will highlight composers that are not played so often, including Inger Bang Lund and Agathe Backer Grøndahl, alongside Grieg’s own music.
